Indian Tool Manufacturer’s (ITM) – A leader in HSS cutting tools, with three state-of-the-art plants at Nashik, Aurangabad, and Chalisgaon. ITM manufactures both standard and customized tools in grades like M2, M35, M42, and T42, marketed under the iconic “Dagger” brand, supported by a robust nationwide network.
Birla Durotool – Specializes in power tool accessories and engineering files, serving industries, tradesmen, and DIY users with products designed for durability, precision, and consistent performance.
Carbomach – Dedicated to producing high-quality carbide drills & end mills, ensuring dependable input materials for precision cutting tools in domestic and global markets.
Tool Holder Division – Established in 1986, BPT is India’s first tool holder manufacturer, producing AT3 tool holders, collets, work holding, and production boosters. As the only domestic producer of several products, it serves as a true import substitute and a Make in India pioneer. BPT caters to leading customers in India and exports extensively to the USA, Germany, APAC, and China.
Machining Division specializes in manufacturing high-precision machined components mainly for engine, hydraulic and industrial applications, serving leading Tier 1 & OEMs.
