Mr. Birla has served as Chairman of the Company since May 18, 2016, guiding Birla Precision through phases of market expansion, organisational evolution, and strategic transformation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (B.A.F) from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai, and a Master’s degree in General Management (M.sc) from RBS, London, bringing together global perspectives and strong local industrial insight.

Before assuming leadership at Birla Precision Technologies, Mr. Birla gained diversified professional experience with organisations such as Hindustan Unilever, Philip Capital (UK), and Heron International (UK). His exposure across Consumer goods, Financial services, Real estate, and Advertising contributes to a well-rounded and strategic business outlook.

Under his stewardship & Passion for Engineering, Birla Precision Technologies has strengthened its position as a specialist in High-precision tooling and Precision components, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric innovation, quality excellence, and operational discipline. He continues to guide the company’s evolution from a traditional manufacturing model to a value-driven, solutions-oriented partner, supported by advanced manufacturing practices and Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Beyond business, Mr. Vedant Birla is closely associated with The Art of Living Foundation and actively practices mindfulness and spiritual disciplines. He believes conscious leadership, inner clarity, and balance are essential to sustainable success—principles that reflect in his calm, ethical, and long-term approach to leadership, people engagement, and organisational growth.
